No More Laundry services are provided subject to your compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read the following agreement carefully. Customers use of any of No More Laundry services indicated an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
This agreement is strictly between No More Laundry services and the Customer and does not include any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of the No More Laundry services and for the mutual benefit of both No More Laundry service and the customer the undersigned ("Customers") agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Garment Care, Missing or Damage Goods.
No more laundry will use responsible efforts to try to ensure that washing and drying and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.
No more laundry except all customers garments on the basis per load and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
No more laundry due to time constraints Does not read manufacturer suggested care washing/drying labels.
No more laundry Accepts no Liability for damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during washing and drying.
No more laundry Reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
No more laundry Does not guarantee the removal of all stains.
No more laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or noncleanable items left in the clothing bag such as money jewelry or anything else.
We ask each Customer to please determine whether they can accept the loss of any garment, if not please do not leave it with us.
Customers must notify No More Laundry within 5 business days of receipt of delivery of any loss or damage items from the particular delivery, failure to do so continued waiver of a claim of any loss or damage items from that delivery.
